Add visual image and content uploader

For ease and great convenience for technical and non-technical users building websites and all sorts of apps, it is useful to be able to simply upload a logo, pictures or videos that Shelley can then use when building the content. We can start off with reasonable limits like 3-5 images being uploaded at ago, then some file limits too if necessary.
