improve login/logout ux for end users around cname'd sites

One work flow that feels a little off is that I implemented the exe.dev auth in my demo app, https://cname.exe.xyz/

Signing up seems seamless if the user doesnt notice the URL change because it has context of the subdomain you are signing into. However, when you logout it only gives the option to go to exe.dev and not return to cname.exe.xyz which seems a bit weird.
