Telegram Bot API integration: accept the standard /bot<token>/ path with a dummy token

Most Telegram Bot API client libraries build URLs as <base>/bot<token>/<method>, and some probably require a non-empty token.

While it's possible to mutate URLs (e.g. with custom RoundTripper in go), it would be neat if integration accepted usual telegram endpoints with a dummy token (either a pre-agreed static value for simplicity, or any /bot<token>/ prefix), so /bot123:dummy/getMe would behave as /getMe (same for /file/bot123:dummy/path). That way integration would be only a matter of overriding base URL and setting a dummy token value.
