Description

Add a feature to bind integrations to VMs without requiring a tag. Specifically, introduce an "isolated" tag (or similar mechanism) that unbinds a VM from the LLM integration.

Context

This feedback came from exe testing. The use case is to have more granular control over which VMs have access to integrations, without relying solely on tag-based binding.
