Clarify billing page description for VM access permissions

Issue

The billing page description for the Individual tier is misleading. It currently states users can "connect to existing VMs" but doesn't clarify that this only applies to VMs shared by paid subscribers.

Suggested Solution

Update the description to be more explicit:

"Access VMs shared with you by subscribers."

or similar wording that makes it clear the VMs must be shared by other paid users.

Context

A user was confused after subscribing because they expected to be able to connect to their own existing VMs based on the billing page description, but discovered they could only access VMs that were shared to them by paid subscribers. The current wording lacks this important clarification and causes confusion about what the tier actually provides.

The distinction between:

• "connect to existing VMs" (current - ambiguous)
• "connect to existing VMs shared by paid users" (needed - clear)

is critical for setting proper expectations.
