Summary

Add UTC timezone specification to the "Resets at 00:00" notice to clarify when credits reset and prevent user confusion.

Context

A user was surprised when their credits reset at midnight UTC rather than their local timezone (PST/EST). They were expecting the reset to occur at midnight in their timezone, but it happened at 00:00 UTC instead.

The reset is implemented on UTC time, but this is not currently communicated to users in the UI notice.

Suggested Solution

Update the "Resets at 00:00" notice to explicitly state "Resets at 00:00 UTC" so users are aware of the timezone being used.

Impact

This small clarification will help prevent other users from having the same surprise and manage their expectations appropriately.
