Update landing page billing link for teams

Issue

The call-to-action link on https://exe.dev/ ("Subscribe to create and run VMs. Choose a plan.") directs to https://exe.dev/subscribe, which shows Individual subscription and Cloud Pool options.

For users who have already run team enable during onboarding, this is not the most useful destination. They should instead be directed to https://exe.dev/team/billing, which displays the Team Plan (Small) option.

Expected Behavior

Team users going through initial onboarding and billing setup should be presented with team billing options that are relevant to their use case.

Proposed Solution

Update the landing page link to intelligently route users to the appropriate billing page based on their account type, or provide a more contextual link for team users.
