Add sparkline charts showing resource usage in VM list

Description

Add visual sparkline charts to the VM list view to display resource usage (CPU, memory, etc.) at a glance for each VM.

Context

User would like to see resource utilization trends inline with the VM list items, making it easier to identify resource-heavy VMs without needing to open individual VM details.
