Fix auto-generated VM names showing as unavailable on /new

Issue

When navigating to https://exe.dev/new, the auto-generated VM name sometimes shows as unavailable even though it should be available.

Context

This was reported previously but may not have been tracked as a GitHub issue.

Related issue: The "copy vm" dialog doesn't clearly indicate what the second input field is for (assumed to be the name of the new VM).
