Clear filter query string when using X button in dashboard filter

Description

When clearing a filter on the dashboard using the X button in the text box, the filter query string should be cleared (matching the behavior when manually backspacing the filter text).

Current Behavior

Using the X button to clear the filter does not update the query string.

Expected Behavior

The filter query string should be cleared when using the X button, consistent with the behavior when backspacing the filter text manually.
