Description

Add support for an "Open in Zed" link similar to the existing "Open in VS Code" functionality.

Based on Zed's remote development documentation, the URL scheme should be:

zed://ssh/<host>/<path>

Context

This feature request comes from users who want to open projects directly in Zed editor via a hotlink, analogous to the current VS Code integration.
