Seoul region would improve latency for Korean users.

Tokyo now has servers—not Seoul, but probably still better than California. (Also now servers in London and NYC. Even more are coming.)
We're looking for some adventurous volunteers to test-drive it! Possible risks include: some VMs may restart during migration, anycast flapping, bugs, lower latency. (We think it's in pretty solid shape...but it is still software.)
To opt in, please email support@exe.dev from the email address on your account and let us know which region you want to migrate to. We will roll this out incrementally, so we may not reply right away.
