Support sending control keys (e.g., Ctrl-C) in xterm web terminal

Description

When using the xterm web-based terminal, there is currently no way to send control keys (like Control-C) from a mobile web browser.

When using the xterm web-based terminal is there any way to send control keys? Like to press Control-C from mobile web browser

Expected Behavior

Users should be able to send control key combinations (Ctrl-C, Ctrl-D, etc.) from the web-based terminal interface, particularly on mobile devices.

Acceptance Criteria

• Control key combinations can be sent from web terminal
• Solution works on mobile web browsers
• Clear UI/UX for invoking control key commands
