Add auto-refresh to VM dashboard when new VM is ready

Another small thing is that when you create a new vm from the exe.dev web dashboard, it seems that you have to manually refresh the page before the new vm shows up. Not sure if that is by design or if you could have it auto refresh when when vm is ready?
